Refund policy

We gladly accept returns on in-store purchases within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.


Online orders are eligible for store credit only and must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Due to hygiene and limited quantities, earrings, sale items, and holiday items are final sale.


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
